7 Modify the necessary sengs:
Menu item Descripon
Sensivity Select the moon detecon sensivity rate. Opons are : 1~8, wherein “8” is the
most sensive and “1” is the least sensive.
Buzzer Set the buzzer duraon when moon is detected (O/10 S/20 S/40 S/60 S).
To disable buzzer, select O.
Full Screen Check the box to enable this funcon. If this funcon is enabled and the alarm is
triggered, the corresponding channel will be displayed in full screen.
Enable Record Check the box to enable recording when the moon is detected.
Post Recording Select the post recording duraon. Enable Record must be checked to use this
funcon.
Record Channel Check the box of Enable Record and then select the channels to record when the
moon is detected.
Show Message Check the box to display a message on screen when the alarm is triggered.
Send Email Check to enable email alarm nocaon. If the funcon is enabled, the system will
send the alarm images to the specied email address.
8 To save the sengs, click Apply at the boom of the screen.
When moon detecon is enabled on a channel, the moon detecon icon

appears on the channel screen shown
on the monitor connected to the DVR.
Seng the Alarm Nocaon (16-Channel only)
1 On the Main Menu, click Remote Seng.
2 On the le panel, click Alarm > Alarm. The Alarm screen appears.
3 Modify the necessary sengs:
Menu item Descripon
Alarm In Select the channel that will trigger the alarm.
Alarm Type Select the alarm type: NO (Normal-Open), NC (Normal-Close), or OFF.
Buzzer Set the buzzer duraon when alarm is triggered (O/10 S/20 S/40 S/60 S).
To disable the buzzer, select O.
Dwell Time Select the alarm sound duraon of the I/O alarm device (10S/20S/40S/60S) then check
to apply the seng to each alarm type.
Show Message Check the box to display a message on screen when the alarm is triggered.
