ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Orient the mounting bracket (A) so the raised
center portion protrudes into the outlet box (not
included). Insert long machine screws (DD)
through mounting bracket (A) so the long
machine screws (DD) protrude outward.
Connect the mounting bracket (A) to the outlet
box with short machine screws (BB).
2. Screw threaded pipe (D) onto coupling (F).
Pass the decorative tube (C) over the threaded
pipe (D).
3. Lower check ring (G) and canopy (B) onto
threaded pipe (D) and secure with lock washer
(FF) and hex nut (EE).
