c) Mettre l’interrupteur mural en position d’Arrêt. Si le luminaire à
remplacer est doté d’un interrupteur ou d’une chaîne connectée à
l‘interrupteur, placer ces éléments en position d’Arrêt.
15)Serrerl’écrouhexagonalsurletubeletédesorteque5letssoient
exposés au-dessus de l’écrou hexagonal. Visser cette extrémité du tube
 letésurlabridedemontageetserrerl’écrouhexagonalcontrelabride
de montage. Visser le deuxième écrou hexagonal sur l’extrémité du tube
 letésortantdel’arrièredusupportdemontage.
16) Fixer la bride de montage sur la boîte à prises. (Vis non fournies).
17)Avecl’attache-l(quin’estpasfourni),connecterleldemiseálaterre
 auld’alimentationnoirouáceluiquiestblanc.
18) Connecter le câble de sécurité assemblé à l’intérieur du cache sur le
support de montage.(Ceci permettra de soutenir le luminaire lors du
 branchementdesls.)
19)Effectuerlesraccordementsélectriques(lescossesnesontpas 
 fournies).Sileslsdulustrenesontpasnoiretblanc,sereporter
au ableau ci-dessous pour effectuer les raccordements convenables et
 câblerenconséquence.
20) Rapprocher le luminaire du plafond en passant soigneusement le tube
 letéparletrou.
21) Fixer le luminaire au plafond à l’aide de l’ornement.
22) Placer le verre sur la douille.
1) Passwirefromxturethroughstemandscrewstemtotopofcoupling.
NOTE: Thread locking compound must be applied to all stem threads
as noted with symbol (3)topreventaccidentalrotationofxtureduring
cleaning, relamping, etc.
2) Passxturewirethroughremainingstemsandscrewstemstogether.
3) If using swivel for sloped ceilings,passxturewirethroughswivel
and thread swivel onto top of last stem.
4) Thread small threaded pipe into end of swivel.
5) Pass threaded pipe on end of swivel up through hole in canopy.
6) Slip one lockwasher over end of each threaded pipe protruding from inside
canopy.
7) On one threaded pipe screw hexnut onto end of threaded pipe.
8) On other threaded pipe slip end of safety cable then remaining lockwasher
over end of threaded pipe. Screw hexnut onto threaded pipe.
NOTE DIRECTION OF SWIVEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CEILING.
9) If not using swivel, thread small threaded pipe into end of last stem.
10) Pass threaded pipe on end of stem up through hole in canopy.
11) Slip one lockwasher over end of each threaded pipe protruding from inside
canopy.
12) On one threaded pipe screw hexnut onto end of threaded pipe.
13) On other threaded pipe slip end of safety cable then remaining lockwasher
over end of threaded pipe. Screw hexnut onto threaded pipe.
14) TURN OFF POWER.
IMPORTANT: Before you start, NEVER attempt any work without
shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
a) Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home. Place
the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
b) Unscrew the fuse(s), or switch “OFF” the circuit breaker switch(s),
  thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthatyouareworking
on.
 c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthexturetobe
replaced has a switch or pull chain, place those in the “OFF”
position.
15) Thread hexnut onto threaded pipe so that 5 threads are exposed above
hexnut. Thread that end of the threaded pipe into mounting strap and
tighten hexnut against mounting strap. Screw second hexnut onto end
of threaded pipe protruding from back of mounting strap.
16) Attach mounting strap to outlet box. (Screws not provided.)
17) Attach safety cable to slot in mounting strap.
18)Connectxturegroundwiretooutletboxgroundwirewithwire 
connector. (Not provided.) Never connect ground wire to black or white
power supply wire.
19) Make wire connections (connectors not provided.) Reference chart
below for correct connections and wire accordingly.
20)Pushxturetoceiling,carefullypassingthreadedpipethroughhole.
21)Securexturetoceilingwithnial.
22) Set glass down over sockets.

REMARQUE : appliquerlefreinletsurtouslesletsdelatige
 indiquésparlesymbole(3) pour empêcher la rotation accidentelle
du luminaire pendant le nettoyage, remplacement de lampe, etc.

ensemble.
3) Pour les plafonds inclinés-avecuntourillon:acheminerleldu
luminaire par le pivot et visser le pivot en haut de la dernière tige.
4) Visserunpetittubeletédansl’extrémitédelarotule.
5) Fairepasserletubeletésurl’extrémitédel’jusqu’àrotuledansletrou
du cache.
6) Passerunerondelledeblocagesurchaqueextrémitédestubesletés
sortant de l’intérieur du cache.
7) Surl’undestubesletés,serrerl’écrouhexsurl’extrémitédelatige.
8) Surl’autretubeleté,passerl’extrémitéducâbledesécuritépuislarondelle
 deblocagerestantesurl’extrémitédutubeleté.Visserl’écrouhexagonal
 surletubeleté.
PRENEZ NOTE de la direction de la rotule conformément au plafond.

10)Fairepasserletubeletésurl’extrémitédelatigedansletroudansle
cache.

14) COUPER LE COURANT.
IMPORTANT: TOUJOURS couper l’électricité avant de commencer le
travail.
 a) Localiserlecoffretàfusiblesouledisjoncteurdudomicile.Mettre
l’interrupteur principal en position d’Arrêt.
 b) Dévisserleoulesfusibles(oumettreledisjoncteursurArrêt)qui
contrôlent l’alimentation vers le luminaire ou la pièce dans
  laquelleletravailesteffectué.
