1) Pass xture wires from coupling[D] through desired number of stems[A] and
short threaded tubes[B]. Screw stems together using short threaded tubes.
NOTE: Thread locking compound must be applied to all stem threads as
noted with symbol (4) to prevent accidental rotaon of xture during
cleaning, relamping, etc.
2) Screw connected stems into coupling[D].
3) Pass xture wires from last stem through swivel[H]. Swivel should be
installed with the longer end hanging down towards the mounng stems.
4) Screw longer end of swivel into end of last stem.
NOTE: Fixture wires should not be cut shorter than 20 inches from above the
canopy.
5) Aach mounng plate[E] to outlet box[C] using the plate mounng
screws[G]. Mounng plate can be adjusted to suit posion of xture.
6) Aach safety cable[J] to the mounng plate by looping safety cable over
the top of the mounng plate, and secure into place by clipping safety cable
into open slots in the mounng plate to prevent damage to the wires during
wiring.
7) Wrap supply ground wire (BARE COPPER OR GREEN) around ground screw
aached to mounng plate and ghten screw. Be sure to leave extra wire
beyond ground screw to make connecon with ground wire from xture (no
less than 2”).
8) Connect driver neutral input wire (WHITE) to supply neutral wire (WHITE)
using P4 (YELLOW) wire nut.
9) Connect driver live input wire (BLACK) to supply hot wire (BLACK) using P4
(YELLOW) wire nut.
10) Using a P4 (YELLOW) wire nut, connect xture ground wire (BARE COPPER) to
supply ground wire (aached to the mounng plate ground screw).
11) Connect xture neutral wire, White lead wire from xture as NEUTRAL end
connect to BLACK WIRE from output from end –DC of driver using P2 (BLUE)
wire nut.
12) Connect xture live wire, Black lead wire from xture as LIVE (HOT) end,
connect to RED WIRE from output end of + DC driver using P2 (BLUE) wire
nut.

CAUTION – RISK OF SHOCK –
Disconnect Power at the main circuit breaker panel or main fusebox before
starng and during the installaon.
WARNING:
This xture is intended for installaon in accordance with the Naonal Electrical
Code (NEC) and all local code specicaons. If you are not familiar with code
requirements, installaon by a cered electrician is recommended.
CLEANING:
• Always be certain that electric current is turned o before cleaning.
• Only a so damp cloth should be used. Harsh cleaning products may damage
the nish.

two condions:
1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operaon.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protecon against harmful interference in a residenal installaon. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instrucons, may cause harmful interference to radio
communicaons. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
parcular installaon. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television recepon, which can be determined by turning the equipment o and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separaon between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit dierent from that to which the
receiver is connected.

13) Push xture to ceiling, carefully aligning mounng screw holes in the
mounng plate with mounng screw holes in the sides of the canopy[F].
NOTE: Be certain wires do not get pinched between mounng plate and
canopy, or canopy and ceiling.
14) Use the three (3) mounng screws[I] to secure the canopy to the ceiling by
threading into the sides of the canopy and mounng plate. Tighten to secure.
