SPECIFICATIONS FOR KIDSTUFF PLAYSYSTEMS COMPONENTS
Ages 5-12 Playsystem, 3 1/2" OD Posts, Steel Decks
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: All are rotationally molded, double-walled parts of UV-
stabilized HDPE plastic with a nom. Thickness of 1/4”. Instruments attach to 1.16”
OD x 14 ga. Galv. tubing clamped to 3 1/2” OD 13 ga. Posts. Bongos and
megaphone bolt directly to post.
CHAIN NET CLIMBER: Chains are vertical, 4/0 galvanized, welded link, with
horizontal rungs of 1.16” tubing welded to links, coated with “plastisol” after
fabrication. Unit attaches to 1.90” OD tubing frame and anchors below grade; 3/8”
galv. S-hooks at top and bottom
CLIMBING WALL: Computer-generated UV-stabilized HDPE plastic panel, 3/4"
thick, with hand grips as well as holes for gripping and foott placement. Designed to
work with decks from 54" to 72" high.
SPIRAL SLIDE: Double-walled rotationally-molded, UV-stabilized, HDPE with a
nom. 1/4” wall thickness. Segmented slide is factory assembled with hood. Slide
entry deck is 12 ga. punched steel, plastisol-coated and 38” long. 38" high
protective barriers frames affix to each side. Frames support plastic barrier panels
of 1/2” HDPE. A 1.31” OD sit-down bar, integrated into hood, gives added security
at slide entry. Center support pipe is 3 1/2” OD. Bedway sides are extra-deep for
added safety. Replaceable exit section dramatically reduces cost of repair and
maintenance.
PLASTIC SLIDES: All plastic slides are double-walled, rotationally-molded with a
nominal wall thickness of 1/4", manufactured with UV-stabilized HDPE. Color is
stabilized by ultraviolet inhibitors.
LOOP ARCH CLIMBER: Steel frame of 1.90” OD tubing angles up and over to deck
to provide an arch up to structure comprising looped rungs of 1.31 OD galv. tubing,
24” wide. Frame attaches to barriers which reduce opening width at deck entry point.
