40902: TEE Swings

FRAME: Two center legs of 13 ga. high strength, hot-dipped galvanized (HDG) steel tubing, 3.5” (3½”) OD. Swing beam is

13 ga. high strength HDG steel tubing, 3.5” (3½”) OD with integrated tee ngs of 4” OD, 0.22” wall, DOM tubing. Beam

is retained with 0.5” (½”) stainless set screws and 0.31” (

”) stainless steel expansion pins. Legs and beam/tee assem-

bly are powder coated. Legs are 13” apart o.c. and top of beam is 8’-0” above safety surface. Three-place TEE swings

[model 40903--two legs w/center bay] are available, as are TEE swings with 7’-0” and 6’-0” top beams.

HANGERS: HDG malleable cast iron, 2.375” (2 ⅜”) ID, HDG fasteners (wt: 6 lbs./pr.) Pendulum incorporates oil-

impregnated bronze bearing and 0.375” d. HDG, tamper-proof clevis.

CHAIN: 4/0 HDG. Each link is 0.22” D. x 0.85” W x 1.82” L.

“S”-HOOKS: Heavy-duty commercial grade hooks, 0.375” (⅜”) x 3.5” (3 ½”) HDG, used to connect seats to chains.

BELT SEATS: Heavy-duty rubber seat has slash-proof steel insert and HDG ng, rivets and rings. Seats measure 6” W x

24.5” L (30.5” L o/a). Standard color: black. Blue, red, yellow, and green are available.

INFANT SEATS: Heavy-duty rubber infant seat is 360° wrap-around design with slash-proof steel inserts. Fings, rivets

and rings are HDG. Seats measure 12” across and 11.5” (11 ½”) high; 18” high o/a. Standard color is black. Blue, red,

yellow, and green are available.

REQUIRED SPACE (Use/Safety Zone):

· 40902, (two belt seats): 22’- 4” x 30’- 4”

· 40902T, (two infant seats): 22’- 4” x 23’- 8”

· 40902TB, (one belt, one tot): 22’- 4” x 30’- 4”

OPTIONS

In addion to color and other opons menoned above, you may

choose

 Seats with all hardware of 304 stainless steel (Fings, Rivets

and Rings).

 An-wrap swing hangers

 “So-grip” cushioned swing chain in mulple colors—rst 30”

up is coated.

 “Plassol” coated swing chain in mulple colors—rst 30” up is

coated.

 Tamper-proof, HDG 0.375” (⅜”) d. f “H” clevises are available in

lieu of “S”-Hooks.

 Single Center Leg design with single 8 ga HDG steel post in lieu

of double center post. (Save 12” in required area.)
