DS1 Ballast Board

The DS1 Ballast Board is to be used as a replacement ballast board for

the Desk-Lite model # DES-121. Use part # 6800190 for 120VAC and

part # 6800191 for 230VAC. For latest warranty information, see the

Ballast Board Removal & Installation 1) Remove reflector and two (2) screws. 4) Install new ballast board. (Note: Do not remove protective cardboard.) 2) Remove three (3) ballast board screws. 5) Install AC input/output connector and three (3) ballast screws. 3) Remove AC input/output connector and remove old ballast board. 6) Replace reflector and two (2) screws.
