USING THE POUR OVER COFFEE CONE BREWING COFFEE 1 Replace the Cone (with filter) on the mug/carafe, then add coffee grounds to the filter (see “Brew suggestions“). 2 Gently tap the Cone to evenly distribute the coffee grounds. 3 Slowly pour the hot water over the grounds in a spiral pattern starting at the center and moving outwards. 4 As the water hits the coffee, gases are released, causing the grounds to rise and bubble.
