Pipe-joint compounds, suitable for use with L.R gas, must be used. With LR gas, piping or tubing size can be 1/2" minimum. LR gas suppliers usually determine the size and materials used on the system. Hazard Use a new AGA or CSA approved gas supply line. Install a shut-off valve. Securely tighten a_t gas con nections.
