Forced Air
1. Press the menu button.
2. Press the OK button when Manual is displayed.
3. Use the up / down buttons until Forced Air is shown.
4. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
5. Use the up / down buttons to set the cooking time.
6. Press the OK button to confirm your setting.
7. Use the up / down buttons to set the temperature.
8. Press the start button.
Use this function to cook Meringues, Pastry, Sponge cakes,
Soufflés, Poultry and Roast meats.
Once the heating process has been started the cooking
time can easily be adjusted with the adjust knob. Use the
back button to return to where you can change end
temperature.
Always use the wire rack to put food on to allow the air to circulate
properly around the food.
Use the baking plate when baking small items like cookies or rolls.
