Roast
This function allows cooking food as in traditional ovens. Therefore it is useful to cook pastries, bakeries, meat, poultry, and fishes.
Accessories:

Procedure:
1. Press the Other Modes button, use the right arrow repeatedly until Roast.
2. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to select.
3. Some tips prompt on the display, Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to the next step.
4. Select the desired temperature.
5. Press the Start/Add 30 button. The oven starts to preheat.
6. After preheating, “Oven ready” is shown on the display.
7. Open the door, place food inside the cavity on the recommended level.
8. Close the door.
9. Press the CONFIRM/MENU button to set cooking time or set delay time.
10. Press the Start/Add 30 to cook.
NOTE:
1. During or after cooking, accessories will be hot, always use gloves to remove and handle the hot accessory.
2. Allow to turn food if needed.
3. High temperature resistant roast pan or baking pan can be placed on the wire rack if necessary.
4. When cooking oily or juicy foods, place an oven proof baking plate on the oven bottom to catch dripping oil or juice.
5. If you like to do another cooking at a lower temperature as soon as this cooking is completed, let the unit stand over 5 minutes, or it
may affect the cooking result.

Probe Mode
Below cooking modes cannot cook without the probe. Follow the prompts on the screen to customize the probe target temperature and
the cavity target temperature.
