DAGLIG ANVÄNDNING AV UGNEN
1. Slå på ugnen och välja en tillagningsfunktion i
huvudmenyn
Vrid på funktionsratten för att slå på ugnen och visa funktionerna
i huvudmenyn:
• Allmänna inställningar
• Funktioner för traditionell tillagning
• Specialfunktioner
• Proffsfunktioner: bröd, bakverk, roterande grillspett
• Artisan: Ren ånga, Anpassad ånga, Artisan-funktioner
Du visar relaterade undermenyer och väljer en tillagningsfunktion genom att vrida på
navigationsratten och bekräfta ditt val med knappen
� Displayen visar alla associerade alternativ för
funktionen�
2. Detaljkongurera funktioner
Du rör dig mellan displayens olika zoner genom att
vrida på navigationsratten� Markören placeras vid de
värden som kan ändras. Markören yttas i den ordning
som visas på bilden� När standardvärdena blinkar på
displayen kan du göra dina ändringar genom att vrida
på navigationsratten och bekräfta med knappen

• Över/undervärme: Alla typer av rätter�

• Turbogrill: Stora köttstycken och fågel�
• Tweli-grill: Kött, sk, grönsaker.
• Varmluft: Olika maträtter som tillagas samtidigt på olika nivåer�
• Över/underv.& äkt: Kött, fyllda bakverk, fyllda grönsaker�
SPECIALFUNKTIONER
• Snabbuppvärmning: Används för att snabbt värma upp ugnen�
• Upptining: Alla typer av rätter�
• Varmhållning: Valfri nylagad maträtt�
• Jäsning: Söta degar eller matdegar�
• Långkok: Kött, sk (tillbehör: stektermometer).
• Torkning: Frukt, grönsaker, svamp (tillbehör: torkhylla).
• Yoghurt: Hemlagad yoghurt�
• Tweli-base: Alla typer av rätter�
• Eko varmluft: Stekar och fyllda kötträtter (tillbehör: stektermometer).

Turn the "Functions" knob to any position and the oven switches on: the display shows the functions or the
associated submenus.

FIRST USE - SELECTING A LANGUAGE AND SETTING THE TIME
For correct use of the oven, when it is switched on for the first time you will have to select the desired
language and set the correct time.
Proceed as follows:
1. Turn the "Functions" knob to any position: the display will show the list of the first three available
languages.
2. Turn the "Browse" knob to scroll the list.
3. When the desired language is highlighted, press to select it. After language selection, the display
will flash 12:00.
4. Set the time by turning the "Browse" knob.
5. Confirm your setting by pressing .

To move between the different zones, use the "Browse" knob: the cursor moves to the adjustable values,
following the order described above.
Press button to select the value, change it by turning the "Browse" knob and confirm with button .
