DAILY OVEN USE
1. Switching on the oven and selecting a cooking function
from the Main Menu
Turn the Function knob to switch on the oven and display the
Main Menu functions:
• General Settings
• Traditional Functions
• Special Functions
• Professional Functions: Bakery, Pastry, Rotisserie
• Artisan: Pure Steam, Custom Steam, Artisan Functions
To see the related submenus and select a cooking function, turn the Browse knob then press the
button to conrm your desired function. The display will show all of the options associated with this
function�
2. Conguring function details
To move among the different zones on the display, turn
the Browse knob; this will place the cursor next to the
values that can be modied. The cursor will move in
the order shown in the gure. When the default values
ash on the display, make your changes by turning the
Browse knob, then press the
button to conrm.

Cooking Functions
TRADITIONAL FUNCTIONS
• Conventional: All types of food�
• Grill: Meat, steak, kebabs, sausages, vegetables, bread�
• Turbo Grill: Large cuts of meat and poultry�
• Tweli-grill: Meat, sh, vegetables.
• Forced Air: Different food items cooked simultaneously on several levels�
• Convection Bake: Meat, lled cakes, stuffed vegetables.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
• Fast Preheating: Use this function to rapidly preheat the oven�
• Defrost: All types of food�
• Keep Warm: Any dish that has just been cooked�
• Rising: Sweet or savoury dough�
• Slow Cooking: Meat, sh (Accessory: meat probe).
• Dehydration: Fruit, vegetables, mushrooms (Accessory: dehydration tray)�
• Yoghurt: Home-made yoghurt�
• Tweli-base: All types of food�
• Eco Forced Air: Roasts and stuffed meat (Accessory: meat probe)�

Turn the "Functions" knob to any position and the oven switches on: the display shows the functions or the
associated submenus.

FIRST USE - SELECTING A LANGUAGE AND SETTING THE TIME
For correct use of the oven, when it is switched on for the first time you will have to select the desired
language and set the correct time.
Proceed as follows:
1. Turn the "Functions" knob to any position: the display will show the list of the first three available
languages.
2. Turn the "Browse" knob to scroll the list.
3. When the desired language is highlighted, press to select it. After language selection, the display
will flash 12:00.
4. Set the time by turning the "Browse" knob.
5. Confirm your setting by pressing .

FUNCTION DETAILS
After selecting the desired function, the display will show further options and related details.
To move between the different zones, use the "Browse" knob: the cursor moves to the adjustable values,
following the order described above.
Press button to select the value, change it by turning the "Browse" knob and confirm with button .
