BLENDER FUNCTION GUIDE The Blender has a preset recipe program: Coulis Cycle. It also features Variable Speeds and Pulse functions that allow you to customize your blending for any recipe you make. SETTING DESCRIPTION COULIS Blends fluid gels into a smooth mixture. A series of pulses and speeds run before the unit gradually ramps up to full power before it finishes with a slow speed to allow air to escape from the fluid. For best results, cut or crumble gel into 1/2'' cubes before blending.
USING THE COMMERCIAL BLENDER PREPARING THE COMMERCIAL BLENDER FOR USE Before first use Before using your Blender for the first time, wipe the blender base with a warm damp cloth, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft cloth. Wash the blender jar, lid, and ingredient cup in warm, sudsy water (see the “Care and cleaning” section). Rinse parts and wipe dry. 1 Before using the Blender, be sure the countertop beneath the Blender and surrounding areas are dry and clean.
ASSEMBLING AND RUNNING THE COMMERCIAL BLENDER 1 Put the items to blend into the blender jar. Add liquids first, then soft foods, then leafy greens, and ice or frozen items last. 2 Make sure that the lid is fully secured on the blender jar; next, place the blender jar on the base, making sure that it is fully aligned on the jar pad. 4 Turn the control dial to your desired speed, time, or program. See the “Blender function guide” for more information.
USING THE COMMERCIAL BLENDER 5 Use the Flex Edge tamper accessory as needed for optimal blending performance. Remove the ingredientmeasuring cap only, and leave the lid in place. Stir or press contents down towards the blade. When you are finished, replace the ingredientmeasuring cap in the blender jar lid before resuming blending. 6 If desired, use the Pulse function for a momentary boost of speed while blending on the variable speed settings.
ENGLISH CARE AND CLEANING CLEANING THE BLENDER AND ACCESSORIES Clean the Blender thoroughly after every use. NOTE: To avoid damaging the Blender, do not immerse the blender base or cord in water. To avoid scratching the Blender, do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads. 1 To clean the blender base and cord: Unplug the Blender before cleaning. Wipe the base and the cord with a warm, damp cloth; wipe clean with a damp cloth, and dry with a soft cloth.
CARE AND CLEANING 3 Rotate the control dial to 30 seconds. Flip the START/STOP toggle switch up or down. When the timer finishes, pour out the soapy water, and rinse the blender jar with warm water. 4 Wash the blender jar, jar pad, lid, Flex Edge tamper, and ingredient cap by hand with a damp cloth and warm soapy water; rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. SANITIZING THE BLENDER 1. Remove any remaining contents from the blender jar. 2.
3. If the Blender stops while blending: • After 6 minutes of run time, the Blender will automatically shut off and go into Sleep mode, and the LED light will turn off. You can wake the Blender back up using the toggle switches (START/STOP or Pulse High/Pulse Low). If the Blender stops in less than 6 minutes, it is possible there is an internal error with the Blender. Contact an authorized service center for assistance. 4.

UTILISATION DU MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL GUIDE DES FONCTIONS DU MÉLANGEUR DURÉE DE MÉLANGE (EN MIN:SEC) RÉGLAGE DESCRIPTION COULIS Mélange des liquides gélatineux pour créer un mélange homogène. Le programme effectue une série d’impulsions et de changements de vitesse avant d’augmenter graduellement jusqu’à atteindre sa pleine vitesse, puis ralentit pour permettre à l’air de s’échapper du liquide. Pour obtenir d’excellents résultats, couper ou réduire en pièces de 1/2 po avant de mélanger.
UTILISATION DU MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL PRÉPARATION DU MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL POUR UTILISATION Avant la première utilisation Avant d’utiliser le mélangeur pour la première fois, essuyer le socle avec un chiffon humide tiède, puis avec un autre chiffon humide. Sécher avec un chiffon doux. Laver le récipient, le couvercle et dans une eau chaude et savonneuse (voir la section « Entretien et nettoyage »). Rincer et sécher les pièces.
UTILISATION DU MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL FRANÇAIS ASSEMBLER ET FAIRE FONCTIONNER LE MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL 1 Introduire les articles à mélanger dans l’appareil. Commencer en ajoutant les ingrédients liquides, après les aliments tendres, puis les légumes-feuilles et terminer par les glaçons ou les articles congelés. 2 Vous assurer que le couvercle est bien positionné sur le récipient; placer ensuite le récipient sur le socle en vérifiant qu’il est bien aligné sur le capuchon inférieur.
UTILISATION DU MÉLANGEUR COMMERCIAL 5 Utiliser au besoin le poussoir Flex Edge pour un rendement optimal. Enlever le bouchon de couvercle avec tasse à mesurer en laissant le couvercle en place. Déplacer le contenu ou appuyer dessus pour le diriger vers la lame. Une fois terminé, replacer le bouchon de couvercle avec tasse à mesurer sur le couvercle du récipient avant de recommencer à mélanger.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE NETTOYAGE DU MÉLANGEUR ET DES ACCESSOIRES REMARQUE : Afin d’éviter d’endommager le mélangeur, ne pas immerger le socle ou le cordon du mélangeur dans l’eau. Afin d’éviter d’érafler le mélangeur, ne pas utiliser de nettoyants abrasifs ou de tampons à récurer. 1 Nettoyage du socle et du cordon du mélangeur : Débrancher le mélangeur avant le nettoyage. Nettoyer le socle du mélangeur avec un chiffon humecté d’eau tiède et savonneuse.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE 3 Faire tourner le bouton de commande sur 30 secondes. Faire basculer l’interrupteur START/ STOP (mise en marche/arrêt) vers le haut ou le bas. Une fois la durée terminée, vider l’eau savonneuse et rincer le récipient à l’eau tiède.
• Corriger le problème en fermant le mélangeur à l’aide de l’interrupteur d’alimentation situé à l’arrière ou en débranchant le mélangeur. Retirer le récipient du socle, puis enlever l’élément problématique. Replacer le mélangeur sur le socle, puis remettre en marche le mélangeur pour continuer à l’utiliser. 3. Si le mélangeur s’arrête au milieu d’une opération de mélange : • Après 6 minutes d’utilisation, le mélangeur se ferme automatiquement et se met en mode veille, le témoin lumineux à DEL se ferme.

USO DE LA LICUADORA COMERCIAL 1 Coloque los elementos que va a licuar dentro de la jarra de la licuadora. Agregue primero los líquidos, después los alimentos blandos, a continuación las hojas verdes y finalmente el hielo o los elementos congelados. 2 Asegúrese de que la tapa esté completamente asegurada sobre la jarra de la licuadora; después, coloque la jarra de la licuadora sobre la base y asegúrese de que esté perfectamente alineado sobre la base de la jarra.
USO DE LA LICUADORA COMERCIAL 5 Utilice el accesorio pisón con borde flexible según sea necesario para un rendimiento óptimo del licuado. Retire solo la taza medidora de ingredientes y deje la tapa en su lugar. Revuelva o presione el contenido hacia abajo hacia la cuchilla. Cuando haya terminado, vuelva a colocar la taza medidora de ingredientes en la tapa del frasco de la licuadora antes de reanudar el funcionamiento de la licuadora.
CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA LIMPIEZA DE LA LICUADORA Y LOS ACCESORIOS Limpie la licuadora minuciosamente después de cada uso. 1 Para limpiar la base y el cable de la licuadora: Desenchufe la licuadora antes de limpiarla. Limpie la base y el cable con un paño tibio húmedo; repase con un paño húmedo para limpiar y seque con un paño suave. 2 Asegúrese de limpiar la jarra de la licuadora, la tapa y la tapa para ingredientes después de cada uso. Retire todo contenido restante de la jarra de la licuadora.

1. Cuando la licuadora se enchufe y el interruptor eléctrico I/O (Encendido/ Apagado) principal se encienda (I), la licuadora estará en modo en espera (luz blanca del indicador intermitente). Sin embargo, después de 28 minutos de inactividad, la licuadora pasará al modo de suspensión (la luz del indicador se apagará).
