USING THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS 3 Insert attachment shaft housing into the attachment hub, making certain the power shaft fits into the square hub socket. If necessary, rotate the Pasta Roller or Cutter back and forth. The pin on the attachment housing fits into the notch of the hub rim when in the proper position. 4 Tighten the Stand Mixer attachment hub knob until the attachment is completely secured to the Stand Mixer.
3 Turn Stand Mixer to speed 2. Feed flattened dough into rollers to knead. Fold dough in half and roll again. Repeat until dough is smooth and pliable and covers the width of the roller. Lightly dust pasta with flour while rolling and cutting to aid in drying and separation. 5 To make noodles, exchange the Pasta Roller for the Cutter of your choice. Feed the flattened sheets of dough through the cutter. See the “Roller settings chart” to determine the correct thickness for each type of pasta.
USING THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS DISASSEMBLING THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS 1 Turn Stand Mixer off and unplug. 2 Remove the Pasta Roller or Cutter from the Stand Mixer. IMPORTANT: After removing the Pasta Roller or Cutter from the Stand Mixer, be sure to clean any dried dough. See “Care and Cleaning” for details. OPTIONAL: If desired, attach the next Pasta Roller or Cutter, using the directions in the “Attaching the Pasta Roller and Cutters” section.
COOKING PASTA WARNING Food Poisoning Hazard Do not let foods that contain perishable ingredients such as eggs, dairy products, and meats remain unrefrigerated for more than one hour. Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness. Add 2 tsp (10 mL) salt and 1 tbs. (15 mL) oil (optional) to 6 qt (5.7 L) boiling water. Gradually add pasta and continue to cook at a boil until pasta is “al dente” or slightly firm to the bite.
CARE AND CLEANING CLEANING THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS These accessories are designed to be used with pasta dough only. To avoid damaging your Pasta Roller and Cutters, do not insert anything other than pasta dough. IMPORTANT: Do not use metal objects to clean out the Pasta Roller and Cutters. Do not wash the Pasta Roller and Cutters in the dishwasher, or immerse in water or other liquids. The Pasta Roller and Cutters should be hand washed. 1 Turn Stand Mixer off and unplug.
ENGLISH CARE AND CLEANING MAINTENANCE To maintain properly (annually or after 50 uses) we recommend using a light mineral oil to lubricate the gears. Add a drop of mineral oil to each of the 4 corners of the Pasta Roller and Cutters. TROUBLESHOOTING 3. Turn off the Stand Mixer for 10-15 seconds, then turn it back on. If the Stand Mixer still does not start, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on. 4.

FRANÇAIS UTILISATION DU ROULEAU À PÂTES ET DES COUTEAUX 3 Insérer le logement de l’arbre de l’accessoire dans la prise à accessoires, en s’assurant que l’arbre de commande s’adapte à la douille de prise carrée. Si nécessaire, faire tourner le rouleau à pâtes ou le couteau d’avant en arrière. Lorsque l’accessoire est correctement positionné, le goujon du boîtier de l’accessoire pénètre dans l’encoche du bord de la prise.
UTILISATION DU ROULEAU À PÂTES ET DES COUTEAUX 3 Mettre en marche le batteur sur socle à la vitesse 2. Insérer la feuille de pâte à l’intérieur des rouleaux pour pétrissage. Replier la pâte en deux et recommencer le laminage. Répéter l’opération jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit lisse et flexible, et recouvre la largeur du rouleau. Saupoudrer légèrement la pâte de farine lors du laminage et de la découpe, pour faciliter le séchage et la séparation.

IMPORTANT : après avoir retiré le rouleau à pâtes ou des couteaux du batteur, veiller à éliminer toute trace de pâte séchée. Voir la section « Entretien et nettoyage » pour plus de détails.
RECETTES CUISSON DES PÂTES ALIMENTAIRES Risque d'empoisonnement alimentaire Ne pas laisser des aliments contenant des ingrédients périssables tels qu'oeufs, produits laitiers et viandes hors du réfrigérateur pendant plus d'une heure. Ajoutez 10 ml (2 cuillérées à thé) de sel et 15 ml (1 cuillérée à table) d’huile (optionnel) à 5,7 L (6 pintes) d’eau bouillante.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE NETTOYAGE DU ROULEAU À PÂTES ET DES COUTEAUX IMPORTANT : ne pas utiliser d’objets métalliques pour nettoyer le rouleau à pâtes et les couteaux. Ne pas laver le rouleau à pâtes et les couteaux au lave-vaisselle ou les immerger dans de l’eau ou d’autres liquides. Le rouleau à pâtes et les couteaux doivent être lavés à la main. 1 Éteindre le batteur et le débrancher. 2 Démonter entièrement le rouleau à pâtes et les couteaux.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE 3 Après avoir découpé les pâtes, faire sécher à l’air le rouleau à pâtes et les couteaux pendant une heure, puis éliminer toute trace de pâte séchée à l’aide de la brosse de nettoyage. Si la pâte séchée est difficile à retirer, essayer de tapoter l’accessoire à la main. Utiliser un cure-dent si nécessaire. 4 Après avoir éliminé les résidus de pâte séchée, polir le rouleau et les couteaux avec un chiffon doux et sec et les ranger dans un endroit sec à température ambiante.
Si le batteur sur socle fonctionne mal ou ne fonctionne pas lors de l’utilisation du rouleau à pâtes et des couteaux, vérifier ce qui suit : 1. Le batteur sur socle est-il branché? 2. Le fusible du circuit alimentant le batteur sur socle est-il en bon état? Si l’on possède un disjoncteur, s’assurer que le circuit est fermé. 3. Éteindre le batteur sur socle pendant 10 à 15 secondes puis le rallumer.

3 Inserte la cavidad del eje del aditamento en el receptáculo del aditamento, asegurándose de que el eje del motor encaje en la cavidad cuadrada del receptáculo. Si es necesario, gire el rodillo o cortador de pasta hacia la derecha e izquierda. El eje de la cavidad del accesorio encaja en la muesca del borde del receptáculo cuando está en la posición correcta. 4 Apriete la perilla del receptáculo del aditamento de la batidora con base hasta que el aditamento esté completamente fijo en la batidora.

Doble la masa por la mitad y pásela por el rodillo nuevamente. Repita hasta que la masa quede suave, flexible y cubra el ancho del rodillo. Espolvoree ligeramente la pasta con harina mientras la pasa por el rodillo y la corta para facilitar el secado y la separación. 5 Para hacer fideos, cambie el rodillo para pasta por el cortador de su elección.

No lave el rodillo y los cortadores de pasta en una lavavajillas ni los sumerja en agua u otros líquidos. Los cortadores de pasta y el rodillo de pasta se deben lavar a mano.
CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA MANTENIMIENTO Para realizar una mantenimiento correcta (cada año o después de 50 usos) se recomienda utilizar un aceite mineral ligero para lubricar los engranajes. Agregue una gota de aceite mineral a cada una de las 4 esquinas del rodillo y los cortadores de pasta.
Si su batidora con base falla o no funciona mientras se utiliza el aditamento de rodillo y cortadores de pasta, revise lo siguiente: 1. ¿Está enchufada la batidora con base? 2. ¿Está funcionando adecuadamente el fusible en el circuito que va a la batidora con base? Si tiene una caja de cortacircuitos, asegúrese de que el circuito esté cerrado. 3. Apague la batidora con base durante 10 a 15 segundos y vuelva a encenderla.
