RANGE HOOD USE The range hood is designed to remove smoke, cooking vapors and odors from the cooktop area. For best results, start the hood before cooking and allow it to operate several minutes after the cooking is complete to clear all smoke and odors from the kitchen. The audible signals can be activated or deactivated the "Light" button for 5 seconds. The hood controls are located on the center of the range hood.
Truer Fan Speed The timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. The default timer setting is 10 minutes. To use the timer: 1. Press the Timer button to enter the timer mode. After 5 seconds the default time will be automatically selected. 2. Press the Power Decrease and Power Increase buttons while the display is flashing (5 seconds) to adjust to the desired time. Pressing the timer button again or waiting 5 seconds after selecting the desired time will start the timer countdown. 3.
Non-Vented (Recirculating) Installation Filters Replacing a Halogen Lamp The charcoal filter is not washable. It should last up to 6 months with normal use. Replace with Charcoal Filter Kit Number W10272068. Turn off the range hood and allow the halogen lamp to cool. Pour obtenir les meilleurs resultats, mettre le ventilateur de la hotte en marche avant d'entreprendre une cuisson, et laisser le ventilateur fonctionner pendant plusieurs minutes apres I'achevement d'une cuisson pour pouvoir evacuer de la cuisine toute trace de fumee ou d'odeurs de cuisson. Les commandes de la hotte sont situ6es au centre de celle-ci.
