Warranty Guide

KiwiGrip is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase on any manufacture
defects. This does not include improper application or improper product care. PYI,
Inc. does not warrant or guarantee the workmanship performed by any person
or firm installing its products. PYI, Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited
solely to the original purchaser.
Because the success of projects is so application dependent, we cannot guarantee
customer satisfaction. However, as a practical matter, it’s in our best interest to
make sure each customer is happy with his or her KiwiGrip experience. Reseller is
encouraged to work through PYI Inc. for help in resolving any difficulty.
Defective or assumed defective parts will be replaced or repaired at PYI’s
discretion. Any defective product must be returned for inspection by PYI, and
batch numbers from any product used in the application must be provided.
PYI will replace warranty items at no cost to Distributor. Warranty replacement will
be honored on KiwiGrip product only. In no event shall PYI Inc. be liable for any
subsequent or consequential damages.
PYI reserves the right to modify and change the formulation and specification of
its products without notice. Such changes will not entitle the Customer to claim
replacement or refund under this warranty.
