Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product for domestic purposes. This warranty does not apply if
the product is used for non-domestic purposes. No person or entity other than the original purchaser, may assert any claim under this
warranty.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this warranty, Midwest Manufacturing warrants the original purchaser that during
the warranty period, KLËARVŪE CABINETRY
®
will be free from manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions and
maintained properly.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
- Defects that occur through normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches.
- Defects caused by improper storage or handling of the product prior to installation.
- Defects in or failure of the product caused by accidents, physical abuse or misuse of the product.
- Defects in or failure of the product caused by installation of the product not in strict adherence with the written instructions.

- Defects in or failure of the product caused by improper care or maintenance.
- Damage to the product caused by impact of a foreign object, movement of the structure to which the product is attached,
earthquake, re, explosion, environmental conditions such as mold or mildew, acts of nature, or other casualty.
- Damage to the product caused by a third party that makes any alteration that has not been authorized by Midwest Manufacturing
in writing. Such alterations include, but are not limited to, structural change, product replacement, or equipment installation.
WHAT WILL MIDWEST MANUFACTURING DO IF THERE IS A WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE?
In the event Midwest Manufacturing determines, at its sole discretion, that a product has a manufacturing defect, that a product
fails to comply with this Limited Warranty, the product Midwest Manufacturing will replace the product with a product of the same or
similar style and quality.
Replacement product will be as close in nish and appearance to the original product as reasonably possible, at the discretion and
determination of Midwest Manufacturing. However, Midwest Manufacturing cannot guarantee an exact match, as products may
change from time to time.
If replacement is not feasible, Midwest Manufacturing may oer a merchandise credit to cover the product that it determines is
defective.
Replacement product or a merchandise credit is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect Acceptance of a replacement product
or merchandise credit shall constitute a settlement and release of all claims relating to the alleged defect.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
Defective product may be returned to the nearest MENARDS
®
store for an exchange of replacement product or a refund. A receipt or
proof of purchase will be required.
If store return is not feasible, please submit an Installed Guest Complaint Form along with photographs, description of the damage,
and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. The Installed Guest complaint Form may be obtained at any Menards store or online
at www.Menards.com. Please mail the completed Installed Guest Complaint Form and supporting documentation to:

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or tness for a particular
purpose. Midwest manufacturing specically disclaims all other warranties, liabilities, and obligations. Midwest Manufacturing shall
not be bound by any of its employees’ oral or written statements unless the statements are signed by a representative of Midwest
Manufacturing.
Replacement product or a merchandise credit is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect. The original purchaser must pay
all costs of removal of defective product, transportation, and installation of the replacement product, including labor. Midwest
Manufacturing shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, loss or damage
to personal or real property, inconvenience, payments to third parties, or loss of income.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not
permit limitations or exclusions of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply
to you.
