ENGLISH GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Klein Tools ET120 is an easy-to-use tester that provides audible and visual alarms in the presence of methane, propane and butane at concentrations as low as 50 ppm.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. In an area where combustible gas is known to be not present, press the power button 13 for 3 seconds. The tester will beep and start a 50-second zero-calibration process while the first indicator light blinks 4 . Once complete, all indicator lights 4 will blink for one second, then the HIGH 6 indicator light will illuminate and continue to flash, indicating it is ready to take a measurement. 2. Start measuring in the High sensitivity mode (50 to 1,000 ppm).
ENGLISH MAINTENANCE BATTERY REPLACEMENT When both the LOW alert light 5 and HIGH alert light 6 are illuminated at the same time, the batteries must be replaced. 15 WARNING: Do NOT replace batteries in an explosive atmosphere. 1. Loosen screw and remove battery door 15 . 2. Remove battery cartridge 16 from battery compartment. Note orientation. 16 3. Remove and recycle 4 spent AAA batteries. 4. INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN 1. En áreas donde se sabe que hay presencia de gas combustible, mantenga presionado el botón de encendido 13 durante 3 segundos. El probador emitirá un pitido e iniciará un proceso de calibración del cero que durará 50 segundos, mientras la primera luz indicadora 4 se enciende de forma intermitente.

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION 1. Dans une zone que vous savez exempte de gaz combustibles, appuyez sur le bouton de mise sous tension 13 et maintenezle enfoncé pendant 3 secondes. Le testeur émettra un signal sonore et lancera un processus d’étalonnage du zéro sur 50 secondes. À ce moment, le premier témoin lumineux 4 clignotera. Une fois le processus terminé, tous les témoins 4 clignoteront pendant une seconde, puis le témoin HIGH (élevée) 6 s’allumera et continuera de clignoter.
FRANÇAIS ENTRETIEN REMPLACEMENT DES PILES Lorsque les témoins d’alerte LOW (faible) 5 et HIGH (élevée) 6 sont allumés en même temps, cela signifie que les piles doivent être remplacées. AVERTISSEMENT : Ne remplacez PAS 15 les piles du détecteur dans une atmosphère explosive. 1. Desserrez la vis, puis retirez le couvercle du compartiment à piles 15 . 2. Retirez le bloc-piles 16 du compartiment à piles. Notez l’orientation des piles. 16 3. Retirez et recyclez les 4 piles AAA à plat. 4.
