Troubleshooting
Unit fails to start
 Check if power plug is correctly inserted
 Is there a power failure?
 Is the lamp on the water level indictor shining? If yes, tank is full and must be emptied
or tank is not correct inserted
No dehumidification or only little dehumidification
 Is the filter dirty? Please clean.
 Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
 Is the humidity in the room very low?
 Is the room temperature very low?
 Are doors or windows open?
IMPORTANT:
If you have any problems contact our hotline. Please never repair the dehumidify by yourself.
