OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Special functions
Improving the qual ity of indoor air is one of the pu rposes of an air conditioner. This air
conditioner is equipped with ionizer or Plasma Dust Collector(Depen ding on specific
configuration of the model). With the anions generate d by Ionizer, the air circulation
of the air conditioner fills the room with ref reshing, natural and healthy air. The Plasma
Dust Collector generates a high voltage ionization zone, through whi ch the a ir is
converted to plasma. Inside the air most of the dust, smoke, and pollen particles are
captured by the electrostatic filter.

Function us ed after the Shut Down of cooling operatio n to clea n the Ev aporato r
and keep it as fresh for the next operation.
The unit wi ll operate as follo wing sequence : FAN ONLY mode at Low fan speed--Heati ng
ope ration w ith LOW fan spee d(applic able to c ooling & heating modles only) --- FAN ONLY
ope ration--Stop Operation-- -Turn off .
This function is only availabl e under COOL(A UTO CO OL, FORCED COOL) and DRY mode.
Bef ore sele ct the function, it is recommended to run th e air conditioner under C ooling
ope ration fo r about half an h our. Onc e the Se lf Clean function is activa ted, all T IMER
set ting will be cance lled.
During Self Clean o peration, when p ress the SELF CLEAN button on the rem ote
con troller a gain will stop the operatio n and turn off the unit automatically.

Lou ver Ang le Memory Function(op tional):
Within the s cope of safety angle, i t will memorize the ope n angle of horizontal louver.
If it exceeds, it will memorize the boundry of safety angle. In the following circum stances,
it will return to standard angle: 1) pressing the manual control button, 2)unplug
and then plug in the machine. So we strongly suggest that the open an gle of th e horizontal
louver should not be set too small, in c ase the condens ed wate r forms a nd drops from th e
horizontal louver.
Refrigerant Lea kage De tection
With this new technology, the dipsplay area will appear EC and the indication lamps
contin ue flashing when the outdoor unit detects refrigerant leakage.

An ti-mildew function（ ）Optional
When turns off the unit on COOL, DRY, AUTO (Cool) mode, the air conditioner will continue
operating for about 7-10 minutes (depending on models) at LOW fan speed. If turns off on
HEAT mode, the unit will continue operating for abo ut 30 seconds at LOW fan speed. This wil l
help to dry up the condensed water inside the evaporator, and prevent the breeding of mildew.
Under Anti-mildew operation, do not restart the air conditioner until the unit is complet ely off.
