K1ipsch Group. Inc, (KGI) warrants to the original retail purchaser that lh1s product ls to be free from defective
materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, if it is properly used and
maintained. If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship , KGI , at its option , will (a} repair the
product. or (bl replace the product , at no charge for parts or tabor . If the product model is no longer available and
cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, KGI at its sole option may replace the unit with a
current model of equal or greater value . In some cases , modification to the mounting surface may be required where
a new model Is substituted . KGI assumes no responsibihly or liability for such modification. To obtain a repair or
replacement under the terms of this warranty , please return to dealer first, ii possible, and the dealer w!II direct you
accordingly for repairs or replacement. You will be required to submit a copy of the original receipt.
Return shipping for exchanges/repairs is the sole responsibility of the original retail purchaser .
limitations :
This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product resulting from improper installation , misuse,
abuse , accident , neglect. mi shandling , or wear from ordinary use or envlronmental deterioration .
This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. including paint damage, or consequential damage
to other components or premises which may result for any reason from the failure of the product.
This limited warranty is null and void for products not used in accordance with KGl's instructions .
This limited warranty is null and void for products with altered or mi ssing serial numbers and for products
not purchased from an authorized dealer.
This limited warranty terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer this product to another party .

exclusiva discreci6n , (a) reparara el producto , o (b) lo reemplazar~. sin cargo alguno por las pi ezas ni por la mano de
obra . Si el modelo de1 producto ya nose encuentra disponlbte y no puede ser reparado eficazmente o reemplazado
por un modelo idl!ntico , KGI, a su exctusin di screcl6n. podr~ reemptazar la unidad por on modelo actua l de igual o mAs
valor . En al gunos casos podria ser necesario mod1ficar la superficie de montaje cuando se reemplaza con un modelo
nuevo. KGI no asume responsabilidad alguna por dicha modificaci6n . Para obtener una reparaci6n o reemplazo bajo
los termlnos de esta qarantfa, favor de dir i girse primero al comerciante , si esto fuera poslble, y ese comerciante le
indicar~ c6mo proceder para cuatquier reparaci6n o reemplazo . Tendra que presentar una copia del recibo original.
Los 9astos de envfo para cuafquler reemplazo o reparaci6n son la responsabilidad del comprador al por menor original
