GETTING STARTED FOR KLIPSCH S1 TRUE WIRELESS
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Q: What do you do when the left earphone disconnects from the right
earphone?
A: First, place the left earphone back in to the charging case and then wait 3
second and remove from the charging case. The connection between the left
and right earphones should automatically re-establish and connect to each
other. If this does not resolve the connection then a reset is needed.
Q: How to reset the earphone connection?
A: First step: unpair the connection from your smart device. To do this go to
the Bluetooth connection screen on your device and forget/unpair the “S1” or
“Klipsch S1 True Wireless” connection.
Second step: turn off the earphones manually so they are both powered off.
Then press and hold the touch button on both earphones for 10 seconds until
you hear the prompt indicating that the earphones have been reset.
Third step: turn the earphones back on and begin the initial pairing process to
your smart device.
Q: How do I know which model my earphones are?
A: Turn on the earphones and check the name of the Bluetooth connection on
your smart device. This connection name directly relates to the product code
of your earphones. For example, if your connection is “S1” or “Klipsch S1 True
Wireless” then your earphone model number is S1.
