Intended Use This Professional Inflator Kit features a 2-position lever (inflate/deflate), an easy to read analog dial, an easy-on air chuck, a dual air chuck, and a blow tip. Important Safety Considerations DO NOT modify the inflator kit in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety of the tool and could affect the life of the kit. There are specific applications for which the kit is designed. Use the right tool for the job. DO NOT attempt to force small equipment to do the work of larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was designed.
WORK AREA SAFETY Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury. Using the inflator in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to other cutting tools and rotating parts. Do not allow the inflator to come into contact with an electrical source. Contact may cause electrical shock. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the inflator.
INFLATOR KIT USE AND CARE USE COMPRESSED AIR ONLY. Use clean, dry, and regulated compressed air to power the tool. Do not use oxygen, carbon dioxide, or any other bottled gas as a pressure source for this inflator kit. Do not force the kit. Pneumatic tools do a better and safer job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and use the correct tool for the job. Check for damaged parts before each use.
Safety Signs and Labels Before Each Use It is recommended that the general condition of the inflator and gauge be examined before it is used. A malfunctioning gauge must be replaced by an authorized service representative. Operating Instructions To avoid the risk of personal injury, especially to the eyes, face or skin, DO NOT direct an air stream at any person. DO NOT EXCEED the maximum air pressure of 170 PSI.
After Each Use When the inflator kit is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use. Maintenance Maintain the inflator kit. It is recommended that the general condition of the kit be examined before it is used. Keep the pressure gauge in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance.
