Our alternative printer accessories will fit your printer perfectly, and offer
at least the same quality and performance capabilities as the correspond-
ing products from the original manufacturers. So KMP and original products
(toner or ink cartridges for colour printers, for example) can be used side by
side without any difficulty.
To avoid infringing the patent rights of third parties, KMP products may dif-
fer from the printer accessories of the original manufacturer in appearance
and size, but this in no way impairs their functionality. We guarantee that the
proper use of KMP products will not cause damage of any kind, premature
wear or deterioration in the condition of your equipment.
In order to be able to make this guarantee of the absolute reliability of the
KMP brand, we implement a quality management system certified according
to ISO 9001:2008, the latest testing techniques and modern, flexible manu-
facturing processes. Our toner and ink cartridges are manufactured accord-
ing to standards that exceed the requirements of the industry standards DIN
33870 and DIN 33871. To ensure greater transparency for the consumer, we
calculate the ranges of the toners and inks according to the international
standards ISO/IEC 19752, 19798 and 24711.
If a product should ever prove faulty or fail to meet your expectations despite
the above, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of your purchase
price. We will also honour our accountability in the unlikely event that a KMP
product should damage your printer with proper use. Within the limits defined
by the German product liability act, we will settle our responsibility without un-
due complication. This guarantee does not extend to consequential damages.

In all cases: Your right to receive the statutory warranty for your printer
is completely unaffected when you use our products. We offer a guaran-
tee of quality on all KMP products from the date of purchase for a period
of 24months as well as on inkjet and toner products for a period of 36
months– in addition to the statutory warranty.
