It is configured with lifting rings to allow movement by crane with appropriate rigging and safety precautions. The storage units are rated for 2500 lbs. capacity (including the weight of the storage container).

LOCKING INSTRUCTIONS Locking/Securing your MONSTER BOX™: Lock Cylinder The MONSTER BOX™ series comes equipped with a drill resistant replaceable lock cylinder and handle assembly. Each unit is supplied with (4) keys. STEPS: 1. To open the lock, insert the key and rotate 90 degrees to the right (Fig. 1). 2. The recessed handle should pop free from the recess for accessing it (Fig. 2). 3. Grab the handle and rotate to the right to disengage the locking rods. 4.

LIFTING INSTRUCTIONS Preparing MONSTER BOX™ for lifting by crane: WARNING Preparing the MONSTER BOX for lifting by crane: • • • • • • For SAFE rigging and lifting practices, refer to ASME B30 series; Safety Standard for Cableways, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Hooks, Jacks, and Slings. (See www.asme.org). Always inspect the lifting rings to ensure they are in proper working order and are not damaged or corroded. Replace any damaged rings prior to rigging.

REPLACING LIFT RINGS STEPS: 1. Contact Knaack LLC to obtain factory original lifting ring system for replacement. 2. Each lifting ring has a proof load rating* stamped on the base of the ring; do not substitute with look-a-like components; use only Knaack approved parts. 3. Each lifting ring is secured in place by a pair of Grade 8 socket head cap screws, lock nuts and bearing plates. 4. Loosen the lock nuts and remove the bolts. ALWAYS REPLACE the hardware with approved Knaack components. 5.

RECHARGING POWER TOOLS IN YOUR MONSTER BOX™ POWER PASS™ electrical pass through (included): The Job Site models listed in the previous section have a pre-determined mounting area suggested for use with the POWER PASS electrical pass through or the Accessory Resident Power Supply Box (purchased separately). Knockout removal : 1. Choose the desired location and secure a hammer or mallet. 2. Using a mallet, strike the knockout feature until it breaks free of the sheet metal wall.

Sa configuration à anneaux de levage permet de le déplacer par bras élévateur, en prenant les précautions de haubanage et de sécurité appropriées. Les modules de rangement ont une capacité de 1 134 kg (2 500 lb) (y compris le poids de la caisse de rangement).

INSTRUCTIONS DE VERROUILLAGE Verrouillage de la caisse MONSTER BOXMC : Barillet de serrure La série MONSTER BOXMC est pourvue d’un ensemble de barillet de serrure et poignée remplaçable et résistant à la perceuse. Chaque unité est fournie avec quatre (4) clés : ÉTAPES : 1. Pour ouvrir la serrure, insérer la clé et faire tourner de 90 degrés vers la droite (fig. 1). 2. REMPLACEMENT DES ANNEAUX DE LEVAGE ÉTAPES : 1. Communiquer avec Knaack LLC pour obtenir un système d’anneau de levage de rechange d’origine. 2. Sur chaque anneau de levage figure une cote de tension * étampée à la base de l’anneau; ne pas substituer l’anneau par des composants similaires; n’utiliser que des pièces homologuées Knaack. 3. Chaque anneau de levage est fixé en place par une paire de vis à tête creuse de catégorie 8, un contreécrou à bride et une plaque d’ancrage. 4.
