3. Clear your phone's bluetooth pairing list and try again.
B. The earbuds cannot be connected to the phone. When the phone plays
music, there is a sound in the right ear, but no sound in the left ear. There
is something abnormal in the use of the earphone.
Solutions:
1. Put the earbuds in the charging case and take it out to restart, and try to
connect the phone again.
2. Reset the earbuds.
C. The earbuds is always disconnected or noisy when connected to the
phone.
Solutions:
1. The earphone power is insufficient. It needs to be charged as soon as
possible.
2. There is a barrier between the phone and the earbuds or the distance
beyond the signal reception distance. Please do not cover the earphone
with your hands. Keep the earbuds and phone in the same direction.
