OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Attach Battery Pack a. Place the direction-of-rotation selector (D) in the center-lock position. b. Align the raised portion on the battery pack with the grooves on the bottom of the tool, then slide the battery pack onto the tool, as shown. c. Make sure that the battery-release buttons on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is secured to the tool before beginning operation.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3. Variable-speed Trigger Switch a. To turn the screwgun ON, press the variablespeed trigger switch (E). b. To turn it OFF, release the variable-speed trigger switch. c. The variable-speed trigger switch delivers higher speed with increased trigger pressure and lower speed with decreased trigger pressure. 3 C E Lock-on Button This screwgun is equipped with a lock-on button (C), which is convenient for continuous driving for extended periods of time. a.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 6. Installing or Removing the Bit 6 To install bit holder and bits: A a. Remove the battery pack from tool. b. Pull the stop sleeve (A) to remove it from the tool. c. With one hand, push the bit sleeve (B) back and hold it in place. d. With the other hand, insert the magnetic bit holder (G) into the hexagonal hole in the bit retainer. e. Release the sleeve and check that it returns to its original position. f. Push the bit (H) firmly into the magnetic bit holder. g.

Check the direction-of-rotation selector (D) for the correct setting (forward or reverse). e. Fit the screw on the point of the bit (H) and place the point of the screw on the surface of the workpiece to be fastened. f. Depress the variable-speed trigger switch (E) to start the screwgun.
