OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Charge Battery Pack NOTE: Battery packs are shipped in a low-charge condition to prevent possible problems. Before using it the first time, fully charge the battery pack. Refer to the operating manual for your battery pack to determine charging times. a. b. c. d. e. f. 1 Connect the charger to a power supply. The red and green LED lights will illuminate approximately 1 second, and then turn off.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3. AC Receptacles (Fig. 3) Two AC receptacles are located at the front center of the charger. One receptacle can supply 120V~, up to 10Amp for your other devices. If using both receptacles at the same time, they can supply up to a TOTAL of 10A for the two receptacles. 3 If the device draws more than the rated output of the receptacles (Max. 10A for each receptacle or Max. 10A for both receptacles,) it will likely trip the charger.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE WARNING • All maintenance should only be carried out by an authorized service organization. Cleaning WARNING • Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, remove the battery pack from the impact driver. For safe and proper operation, always keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean. Always use only a soft, dry cloth to clean your reciprocating saw; never use detergent or alcohol.
