ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Install/Remove Battery Pack 1 To Attach Battery Pack a. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch (B) is in the OFF position. b. Align the raised portion on the battery pack with the grooves on the bottom of the tool, and then slide the battery pack onto the tool as shown. c. Ensure that the battery-release buttons on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is secured to the tool before beginning operation.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS d. Rotate the nozzle until it is aligned with the handle and pointing down, ready for use. e. Pull the spray wand to be certain it is properly secured. f. Place the assembled handle with lock-on trigger into the handle storage area in the carrying handle. 2b Cap 3. Attaching the Hose 3a To attach the hose to the tank: a. Insert the hose end into the opening on the tank (E). b. Slide the nut over the opening and hose end. Hand tighten. Do not overtighten. c.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 4. Filling the Tank Liquids to be sprayed must be as thin as water. Thicker liquids will not spray properly. Do not overfill the tank. 4 a. Remove the battery pack. b. Unscrew the measuring cap (D) and remove it from the tank (E). c. Fill the tank with the desired amount of water d. Measure the recommended amount of liquid. The cap may be used for measuring up to 4 oz. e. Carefully pour the liquid into the tank. f. Rinse the measuring cap with clean water. D g.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 6. Adjusting the Spray Nozzle The spray nozzle can be adjusted from a stream to a fan spray. 6 a. Remove the battery pack from the tool. b. Loosen the nozzle for a stream. c. Tighten the nozzle for a fan spray. Nozzle 7. Spraying Home-And-Garden Chemicals a. Install the battery pack into the tool. b. Press the ON/OFF switch (B) to start the motor. c. The sprayer may be operated with the handle resting in the handle storage area or you may hold the handle as shown. d.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE All maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified service technician. WARNING • Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, remove the battery from the tool. Never disassemble the tool, battery pack or charger. For safe and proper operation, always keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean. • To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage, never immerse your tool, battery pack or charger in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside them.
WARRANTY For 5 years from the date of purchase, the tool is warranted for the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage due to abuse, normal wear, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repair/alteration, or expendable parts and accessories expected to become unusable after a reasonable period of use. This warranty is limited to 90 days for commercial and rental use.
