Use and Care Guide

PREPARATION
3
Estimated Assembly Time: 10 - 15 minutes.
Tools and Materials Required for Assembly (not included):
• Adjustable wrench / Pipe wrench
• Thread sealant tape
• 7/16 in. or 12 mm wrench
Always make sure that the power is turned off or the power cord is
disconnected and all the pressure is released from the system before
installation, service or maintenance of the system.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Always try to put the air regulator as close to tank outlet as possible.
This regulator is designed to be installed using 1/4 in. pipe and it is not
recommended to be used with fittings, couplings or reducers that may restrict
the air flow.
1.Locate the air flow direction arrows on top of the
inlet and outlet ports. The front of the ports also
are marked with “IN” and “OUT” (See Figure 1, 2).
2.Using a hex key (not provided), insert the
provided plug (with sealant tape) into one of the
air gauge outlet ports, located on the front or back
of the pressure gauge body. (See Figure 3).
Make sure plug is tight.
3.Using sealant tape on the end of the end pipe,
screw the air regulator onto the pipe making sure
you are using the air inlet port. Tighten down the
air regulator using an adjustable wrench or pipe
wrench. Make sure that the open pressure gauge
port is facing the direction you want it to when
you are finished tightening the regulator down.
4.Using sealant tape on the end of the end pipe,
screw the pipe into the air outlet side of the air
regulator using an adjustable wrench or pipe
wrench. Hold the air pressure gauge using an
adjustable wrench or pipe wrench on the flange
and when tightening the pipe.
5.Using sealant tape on the provided pressure
gauge, screw the gauge into the open port and
tighten.
6.Once the system is completed and all fittings are
tight, turn the power on and pressurize the system.
Check for leaks at all connections using soapy
water.
7.If and leaks are found, turn the power off and
release all pressure from the system and fix the
leak. Repeat step 6 until no more leaks are found.
