OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pull the knob up from the regulator and turn the knob clockwise until the
required air pressure is obtained.
2. Pull the knob up from the regulator and turn the knob counterclockwise
when you are reducing the air pressure as required. You may hear air
leaking from the regulator. This is normal as this is the air bleeding off.
3. Lock the regulator by pushing the knob down when the required air
pressure is set.
NOTE: To prevent damaging the regulator, make sure that the regulator knob
is unlocked whenever you are adjusting air pressure. The air pressure
readings on the regulator just denote the air pressure from air supply. The
actual air pressure to an operating tool will be lower when the tool starts due
to the fact that a small part of air pressure is distributed through connecting
air hoses. So re-adjust the regulator by following the above Step 1 until the
actual working pressure is obtained to get the best operation of a tool. Then it
is normal that the reading on the regulator will be a little high when a tool is
disconnected from air hose.
