TROUBLESHOOTING

Tank will not
hold enough air.
Tank fills slowly.
Cannot get air
out of tank.
PROBLEM

Pressure gauge not
reading correctly.
Intake valve obstructed
or damaged.
1. Low tank pressure.
2. Hose shutoff valve
closed.
3. Air chuck damaged.
Check air pressure at fill stem with tire
pressure gauge. Replace gauge if
gauge reads differently.
Inspect opening for foreign material.
Clean or replace.
1. Tank pressure must exceed tire
pressure. Increase tank pressure.
2. Turn discharge control wheel
counterclockwise to fully open.
3. Replace hose/air tire chuck
assembly.
DO NOT chisel, scrape, sandblast, grind or sand any portion of the WARNING:
tank (A). If the tank appears rusted or damaged in any way, discontinue use
immediately.
Dispose of tank in accordance with federal and local regulations.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To discharge air for maintenance and storage, pull the
manual decompression valve ring (located on the front
of the pressure relief valve G) until gauge (F) reads 30
PSI (Fee Figure 15).
NOTE:
Follow the proper draining instructions. To help prevent
surface rust, use and store tank in dry, clean area out
of reach of children.
Clean exterior of tank with a mild detergent and dampened cloth. Dry completely
before storage.
