KOBALT WARRANTY
The manufacturer will offer replacement parts for this product which under normal usage have
proven to be defective in their manufacture or workmanship for a period of THREE (3) years
from the date of initial retail purchase. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. This
warranty is not transferable and does not cover any parts that have been subjected to misuse,
abuse, alteration, overload, accident or normal wear of moving parts. Tools that have been sold
“as is,” sold reconditioned or used as rental equipment are not covered.
Warranty replacement parts can be obtained by contacting the manufacturer at 1-888-3KOBALT.
Only the manufacturer is authorized to perform warranty service on this product. This warranty
does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by
others.
The manufacturer is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
The manufacturer makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality of its power
tools other than those specifically stated in this warranty.

El fabricante ofrecerá piezas de repuesto para este producto si se comprueba que presenta defectos
de fabricación o en la mano de obra en condiciones de uso normal por un período
de TRES (3) años a partir de la fecha de compra original. Esta garantía es válida sólo para el
comprador original. Esta garantía es intransferible y no cubre ninguna pieza móvil que haya estado
sujeta a usos inadecuados, abusos, alteraciones, sobrecarga, accidentes o desgaste normal. Las
herramientas vendidas “tal como están” o reacondicionadas o usadas como equipos de alquiler no
están cubiertas por esta garantía.
Para obtener piezas de repuesto, puede llamar al fabricante al 1-888-3KOBALT. Sólo el fabricante está
autorizado para prestar los servicios de garantía para este producto. Esta garantía no cubre los
accesorios ni los daños causados por reparaciones hechas por otras personas o que otras personas
intentaron hacer.
El fabricante no se hará responsable de los daños directos, indirectos, accidentales o resultantes.
Algunos estados no permiten limitaciones en cuanto a la duración de una garantía implícita ni permiten
la exclusión o limitación de daños accidentales, de modo que las limitaciones anteriores pueden no
aplicarse en su caso. Esta garantía le otorga derechos legales especí icos, pero podría tener también
otros derechos que varían según el estado.
El fabricante no ofrece otras garantías, representaciones o promesas con respecto a la calidad de sus
herramientas eléctricas que no sean las especi
icadas en esta garantía.
