3. Tap the Settings icon.
4. Tap Apps.
5. Swipe from right to left a few times until you see All.
6. Scroll down until you find the name of the app that's causing problems. Tap the app's
name.
7. Tap Clear data.
8. Tap OK.
9. Start the app again and see if this fixed the problem.
Uninstall and reinstall apps
If you continue to have trouble with one specific app, try reinstalling it.
Note: You can only uninstall apps that you’ve added to your Kobo Arc 10HD yourself –
you can’t remove the apps that came with your Kobo Arc 10HD.
To uninstall the app:
1. Tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Put your finger at the top right of the screen and swipe down.
The Settings shortcuts will appear.
3. Tap the Settings icon.
4. Tap Apps.
5. Swipe from right to left a few times until you see All.
