Additional levels of coverage may be added to any existing NexPress Full Support Agreement. Extended Support
coverage charges are incremental to the Full Support Agreement. The original contract date will not be affected
by the purchase of additional levels of coverage.
The term of the coverage for the options and accessories will be the same as that contracted for the mainframe. If
options and accessories are added at a later date, maintenance for the options and accessories will expire on the
same date as the mainframe.
Multiple mainframes within the same physical location at a customer site must all be on the same Extended
Support Coverage plan.
Extended Support Coverage is available in most areas as determined by NexPress local business practices.
Holiday coverage is excluded from the Extended Support offering.
NexPress may increase Extended Support Coverage charges by not more than 10% per year.
Extended Support Coverage requires local NexPress Support Management prior approval.
Digimaster operator training is available as follows.
Included with each print engine:
Three days of on-site training for up to four operators, trained simultaneously, per the user guide.
It is recommended that Key Operators are trained first so that they can assist future trainees and second/third shift operators.
