7. Turn on the camera.
When the camera is correctly connected to your computer, three squares rotate on
the status display:
8. Turn on your computer system.
9. Start the Picture Easy software by double-clicking the Picture Easy icon on your Win-
dows desktop.
You can also start the software by clicking the Start button, pointing to
Programs—> Kodak—> Picture Easy Software, and clicking Picture Easy.

To cancel the connection, turn the mode dial to another setting or turn off the camera.

Your computer must be set up with an infrared connection before the camera’s infrared
transceiver can be used.
NOTE: If you are using the cameras infrared transceiver to connect to the computer and
the camera automatically turns off because of inactivity, you need to press the camera’s
power button to turn the camera back on.
