EL305
EL305は、縦型透明樹脂でモールドされた高出力GaAs赤外発光
ダイオードです。薄型、小型で実装が容易です。
The EL305 is a high-power GaAs IRED mounted in a clear low
profile side-viewing package. This IRED is both compact and
easy to mount.
