Menu Bar
Batch Menu
The Batch menu contains commands for processing batches by DOKuStar Validation.
With the
Open command you will open and load a ready batch for processing by DOKuStar Validation.
The
Close command terminates the processing by DOKuStar Validation of the currently loaded batch.
The
Suspend command suspended the processing by DOKuStar Validation of the currently loaded batch.
When suspending a batch a message box appears with the question "Save Changes?". You has to confirm
this message with
Yes or No to accept or reject done changes.
With the
Exit command you will terminate DOKuStar Validation. Before using this command, you have to
close or suspend the currently loaded batch.
Edit Menu
This menu offers normal edit functions for documents, pages and index fields like Undo, Cut, Copy,
Paste, Delete, Delete Document,
including special edit functions for table processing like Insert
Row Above, Insert Row Below
and Delete Row.
You will be enabled to
Reject or Unreject documents, pages and index fields. If you reject an element of
the batch a Rejection Note windows appears to describe the reason for rejecting.

With the
Field Mode command you will change from Field Mode to Document Mode and vice
versa.
For the validation of
Table fields, the command Accept Row allows to remove the state uncertain from
a table row. It is available only if uncertain table rows are shown (see
View menu) and an uncertain table
row is selected.
