Release Notes Blank eDocuments Cause Export to Fail The export process fails if it includes eDocuments that are blank, and the following error appears (112587): Error in document #1, 0 Commit new document failed. Workaround: Before exporting eDocuments, verify that they are not blank.

Release Notes When you set up the export connector, be sure to save the proper login credentials. Running Multiple Export Instances Requires IBM FileNet Image Services Setting Because you can run multiple instances of Kofax Export Connector for IBM FileNet Image Services, concurrent logins to IBM FileNet Image Services are required. Do the following to increase the number of concurrent logins: 1 Open the FileNet Security Administration utility. 2 Select System, and then click Default Security Settings.
