Using Document Review
Introduction
Document Review is used to ensure document types are correctly assigned, and to
validate the structure of batches and documents.
Within Document Review, there are two views (window layouts):
๎ Document Classification
is used only to assign or confirm document types
๎ Review
(containing Sort by Type view) is used to view and fix problems with
a batch, to browse the batch and to make changes to batch structure.
Each view has a different appearance, ensuring clarity of the behavior required and
efficiency in processing.
Important While processing a single batch both these views may be used or just
Review, depending on the configuration of the solution.
Note The following sections show the default function keys; these may be modified
when the solution is configured. Check the menu items for the function keys that
apply in your solution.
Concepts
Document Review is a fast module for fixing problems in the batch and reviewing
the structure.
The behavior of Document Review and the problems displayed depend on the
configuration. Configuration is done when the system is installed and allows the
module to highlight problems specific to the document set being processed.
