To change the active profile from Lotus Notes, do one of the following from the menu
bar:
 Select Actions | Scan Using Profile and select another profile from the list.
 Select Actions | Configure to open the VRS Professional Scan window, and
then change the selection in the Profiles list.
Removing a VRS Desktop Productivity Profile
You can use the VRS Professional Scan window to remove a custom VRS Desktop
Productivity profile.
Note Only user-created profiles can be removed. The six standard VRS Desktop
Productivity profiles cannot be removed.
X To remove a VRS Desktop Productivity profile
1 Open the VRS Professional Scan window.
2 From the Profiles list, select the user-created profile you want to remove.
3 Click Delete.
4 Click Yes in response to the confirmation prompt.
The profile name is cleared from the list. If the deleted profile was the last
profile to be used, the next available recently used profile is selected as the
active profile.
Otherwise, the default profile (Normal quality - Color or Black & White) is
selected as the active profile.
