VRS Thumbnail Viewer Toolbar
The Thumbnail Viewer toolbar gives you shortcuts to functions that can be applied to
the document displayed in the viewing area.

Note Most of the image editing functions can be applied to multiple pages, provided
they are selected in the viewing area.
Accept: Click to accept and save the document (all pages) as it currently appears in
the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.
Reject: Click to reject the document (all pages) and close the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.
Refresh: Click to refresh the displayed document to reflect any changes that you have
applied from the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.
Rescan: Click to rescan the selected pages.
Scan to End: Click to scan any pages that are remaining in the scanner. The pages are
appended to the document that is currently displayed in the viewing area.
Delete: Click to remove the selected pages.
Swap: Click to trade the front side and back side of the selected page.
Rotate 90, 180, and 270: Click to rotate a selected page 90, 180, or 270 degrees, as
applicable.
VRS Clean Image: Click to open the VRS Interactive Viewer to apply image quality
adjustments. Once you apply changes from the VRS Interactive Viewer, the VRS
Thumbnail Viewer is displayed again.
