Make generator starting easier with an engine
block heater kit. It heats the coolant in liquid-cooled
engines for smoother starts and helps keep engine
oil at optimal operating temperatures.
CARBURETOR HEATER KIT
Prevent moisture buildup in cold-weather conditions.
If you live where temperatures routinely dip below
freezing, a carburetor heater prevents moisture
buildup in the fuel line to help keep cold-weather
conditions from disrupting generator operation.

FUEL REGULATOR HEATER KIT
Get reliable starting in subzero temperatures.
Just like in your car, the fuel regulator regulates
the flow of engine fuel for consistent pressure. The
heater kit ensures that the engine in your KOHLER
®
generator runs smoothly, even in subzero weather.
Recommended for reliable engine starting in temperatures from -18° to -29°C
(0° to -20°F). Requires a continuous source of AC power backed up by the
generator set.
OIL PAN HEATER KIT
Ensure cold-weather starts in freezing temps.
When the temperature falls, the oil pan heater kit
activates, creating optimum battery temperature.
It helps ensure cold-weather starting and reduces
engine wear.

Every KOHLER standby generator (up to 150
kW) comes with a standard 5-year/2,000-hour
limited warranty. For comprehensive coverage,
customers can also purchase our extended
limited warranty—which covers parts, labor
and dealer travel for the duration of the 5-year
warranty period. Please Note: The extended
warranty is only valid if your KOHLER generator
is started up by an authorized KOHLER dealer
and the generator is registered with Kohler Co.
