Engine Block Heater Kits

Description

The engine block heater kit heats the coolant in the engine block to warm the engine, making starting easier . The block

heater turns on automatically when the coolant temperature drops to 38 _ C (100_ F). The heater turns off when the

coolant temperature reaches 49_ C (120_ F).

The engine block heater kit heats engine coolant, making starting easier and warmup quicker. The thermostat, built into

the base of the block heater, automatically turns off the heater when coolant temperature reaches 27--38_C (80--100_F).

Model 38RCL and 48RCL generator set engines are equipped with valves that eliminate the need to drain the cooling

system before installing the block heater.
