Connect tailpiece to trap. Tailpiece should extend 1” to 2”

into trap.

SUPPLY TUBE AND SUPPLY STOP CONNECTIONS

Install lavatory now, if necessary, using lavatory manufac-

turer’s instructions. Allow for required penetration of sup-

ply tubes into supply stops. Cut supply tubes if necessary.

Compression Fittings: Slide coupling nut first, then fer-

rule, onto copper tubing. Place compression fittings over

copper tubing. Hand-tighten coupling nuts. Slide coupling

nut first, then ferrule, onto each supply tube. Place com-

pression fittings over supply tubes. Hand-tighten coupling

nuts.

NOTE: Do not apply torque to supply fittings at bottom of

faucet while installing or tightening compression fittings.

Supply Stops: Carefully bend supply tubes to align with

supply stops. Slide a coupling nut first, then a ferrule, onto

each supply tube. Insert supply tubes into supply stop out-

lets. Tighten all coupling nuts.
