A. A connection to the
controller has not
yet been
established.
A. Wait for the
connection to be
made.
B. A connection to the
controller cannot

B. Remove and reattach
the cable that
connects the adapter
to the controller.
Inspect the cable for
damage and replace
if necessary.
C. An error has
occurred.
