Locate the remote valve within 8"
(203 mm) of the spout.

Position the screws to the front
and back. Tighten the screws.

washer, and ring onto the shank.

underside of the escutcheon.

Position the cold water supply to
the left and the spout connection
toward the front.

Apply plumbers putty to the

Turn on the water supplies.
Check for leaks.

Connect the inlet hose to the
spout connection.

Flush hot and cold water for 10
seconds. Turn off the water
supplies.

Connect and tighten the supply
