9. Assemble the Door

NOTE: Leave a small gap at the handle side of the door for clearance from the strike jamb. The door will

not close properly without this gap.

Set the Location Pins on the Door Panel

Measure the distance ″D″ between the strike jamb and the edge of the bushing in the threshold.

Measuring from the edge of the glass with holes in it, mark the distance ″D″ on the top and bottom

frames of the door panel.

IMPORTANT! Risk of product damage. Do not pry off the end caps against the glass edge. Touching the

edge of the tempered glass panel with tools or hard objects will increase the risk of shattering. A wood

shim and rubber mallet can be used to carefully tap the caps off.

Remove the pre-assembled end caps from the pin side of the top and bottom door panel frames to

gain access to the pin adjusters. Set the end caps aside.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, turn the top pin adjustor to move the pin to the mark on the frame.

Turn the screw clockwise to move the pin closer to the edge of glass.

Repeat for bottom pin adjustor. Do not reinstall the end caps at this time.

Install Seals to the Door Panel

Press a ﬁn seal in each of the two channels on the top frame and bottom frame of the door panel.

Ensure each seal is fully inserted into the channels along the entire length of the frame. When fully

engaged, the exposed portion of the seal will be 1/4″ (6 mm) or less.

If needed, trim the excess seal to the same length as the top and bottom frames.
