Shower – Auto Purge
NOTE: The auto purge feature must be enabled on the controller Web pages for this function to activate.
Refer to the ″Web Settings – Auto Purge″ section.
NOTE: The image above shows two zones, indicating that two valves are connected to the system.
Path: shower > start
Function: turns on all water outlets, except handshowers, to purge the cold water from the shower lines and
reach the set temperature faster.
Factory default: five minutes
The auto purge function will only activate if the shower has been inactive for 30 minutes or longer.
From the [shower] screen, touch the green [start] icon to begin the auto-purge function (if enabled).
A [shower warm-up] pop-up will appear, and enabled outlets will begin running and will continue
running until the target temperature is reached, or until the set duration is reached. Refer to the
″Web Settings – Auto Purge″ section to adjust time duration options.
The pop-up will display the actual temperature for both zones (for two connected valves).
Skip Auto Purge
While auto purge is running, the [shower warm-up] pop-up allows the user to bypass the function.
All outlets that were not selected before pressing [start], will turn OFF.
Outlets that were selected stay ON and will continue to rise to and maintain target temperature.
Touching the [x] at the top right of the pop-up window will cancel auto purge and return to the
previous screen.
If Target Temperature Cannot Be Reached
The pop-up will display the actual temperature for both zones (for two connected valves).
User cannot adjust target temperature while purge is running. Will purge to set target temperature.
